Machining, design and production preparation in one place. Explore how we can help manufacture your component.

01 / CNC MACHINING

CNC milling

We precision-machine metals and engineering plastics. We produce one-off parts, prototypes and batches, selecting the machining approach to suit the geometry and requirements of each project.

Our machining centres: DNM 4500 and SYIL X7.

XYZ working envelope: 800 × 500 × 500 mm

02 / CONVENTIONAL MACHINING

Conventional turning

We carry out conventional turning operations. Send us your component drawing so we can discuss the scope of work, material and manufacturing options.

Scope of work agreed from your drawing

03 / MATERIAL PREPARATION

Bandsaw cutting

We cut tubes and sections to prepare material for further machining. Cutting at 0° and 45° is available.

0°: tube Ø180 · section 210 × 180 mm
45°: tube Ø140 · section 140 × 90 mm
Square section: 180 × 180 mm / 90 × 90 mm

04 / PRODUCTION PREPARATION

CAD/CAM programming

We prepare machining programs in Fusion 360 CAM for complex shapes and small components, using the model geometry to select tools and plan the sequence of operations.

Machining with micro end mills down to Ø0.3 mm

05 / FROM CONCEPT TO MODEL

CAD design

We use SOLIDWORKS for CAD design, helping turn your component requirements into the geometry needed to plan its manufacture.

06 / ADDITIONAL OPERATIONS

Drilling, tapping and engraving

We carry out drilling, tapping and engraving as part of component machining. The details are agreed based on your drawings and the required result.

We also work with partner companies offering hardening, hard anodising up to 50 µm and decorative anodising.

Quality and precision

Geometry, dimensions and drawing details guide how we prepare the machining process.

Consistent production

For production batches, we focus on consistency from one component to the next.

Delivery planning and cooperation

We agree the scope of work and completion date around the needs of your project.

05 / Working together

Let’s start with the details.

01

Share your requirements

Send a drawing or description of your component. Include the material, quantity, required tolerances and preferred completion date.

02

Discuss the options

We will discuss the scope of work and any information needed to prepare a quote.

03

Move into production

Once the terms are agreed, we will proceed with design or machining in line with the agreed scope.

Before you enquire

Your questions.
Clear answers.

Do you make one-off parts?

Yes. We make one-off components and prototypes, as well as small batches. Larger production runs are agreed individually.

What should I send for a quote?

Send any available drawing or model, the material, quantity and preferred completion date. Highlight critical tolerances and any additional requirements.

What if I don’t have a finished CAD design?

Describe what the component will be used for and share any sketches or dimensions. We will discuss the design support you need.

How are machining tolerances agreed?

We confirm dimensional requirements for each component, taking its geometry, material and machining process into account.
